Through years of trial and error, coaching, therapy, journaling, meditation, and techniques I borrowed from my corporate transformation career, I discovered how to create the life full of joy that I’m living now… and my goal is to help you do the same in less time.

Just like guided meditation, but with pen and paper! The program is designed to help women find themselves through self-paced videos, exercises, journaling and access to a supportive, private community.

How much does it cost?

The first 7 days are FREE! This is a great way to test whether you feel the program is a good fit for you. If you want to keep going, early bird pricing for the first module – Inner Wisdom Training – is only $49 for 35 days of content, practices and accountability.

How long does it last?

While it’s organized by week, you’re encouraged to take your time. Some prompts may provide enough thought and mind-space for days. You move at your own pace.
